ABOUT
I am an experienced person-centred experiential counsellor with integrative elements. I am a mother, wife, twin, a daughter of a hoarder and have worked in a school for many years as well as having experienced periods of poor health so I feel I can bring empathy and compassion to the work I do. I have learned life can change suddenly which can affect mental health considerably.

I will focus on what you bring, using an empathic approach in a trusting, confidential environment to support you with finding resilience, sadness, low self-esteem, trauma, overwhelm, poor physical health, womens health (including peri and postnatal support, menopause and hysterectomy), neurodiversity, bereavement, hoarding, stress, depression and anxiety. I can help you to find your coping strategies to move forward.

I work in a counselling charity and also an EAP so I have worked in different counselling settlings and am flexible to your needs.

My path into counselling began in a local school, supporting children’s learning and emotional growth. Witnessing their experiences first hand sparked a deep passion within me to help people cope with what life has thrown their way.

I offer a comfortable, supportive and relaxed space so you can explore your emotions without judgment. Life can be hard - I am not there to tell you what to do but I am there to help you find a way through that you have full control over and empower you to feel confident.
