Who I work with and cost of sessions

I work with both adults and adolescents (I have spent many years in a school supporting children’s learning and emotional development) and am passionate about supporting people to cope with what has been thrown at them.
I work on Elm Grove and online.

Sessions cost £55. Initial 20 minute telephone consultation is free. Sessions are one hour long. If preferred, I am happy to offer online.
Bio
I am passionate about supporting difficulties with emotional health. I believe you are the best expert on you and will support you to find a way that you are most comfortable with.
