Who I work with

​

I work with both adults and adolescents navigating diverse psychological challenges. I have spent many years in a school supporting children’s learning and emotional development having lots of experience with ADHD and Autism. I am passionate about supporting people to cope with what has been thrown at them.  My areas of expertise include working with sadness, low self-esteem, trauma, loss, relationships, inner child neurodiversity, stress, depression and anxiety, domestic violence, physical health difficulties and more. My priority is always ensuring I am  the right fit for each of my clients.

Depending on your needs, I work on Elm Grove and online.

Initial 20 minute telephone consultation is free. 

Session cost £55.

Sessions are one hour long for adults, 50 minutes for under 18's. If preferred, I am happy to offer online.
